Q.How complicated is it to work the devices?
A.Each device is designed to be very quick to deploy, you can flick a switch and it will sort out it's own calibration. The devices all come with a guide as to how to prepare them before an investigation as well as what the various alerts actually mean. You can find a video giving an in depth demonstration for each device in the shop or our Youtube Channel

Q.Will it work with how we do things now?
A.Each device has a dedicated purpose, which can be used to prove or disprove existing equipment, which should help you produce more conclusive evidence. For example, if you use a TAD and a ATDD device at the same location and get an alert from them both, you have proven there was a temperature change and ruled out equipment malfunction.

Q.What if I have a problem with the device?
A.Please get in touch using the contact details supplied with your receipt. We are happy to answer any questions, and discuss any issues you may have.

QHow can I explain it correctly to people who use it?
AEach device has a handy Youtube video which demonstrates each function on the device, these also include some tips on best use. Each unit has it's own printed guide, and these quides are also available to download on the website.

QThe country I need to ship to isn't on the shop, can you add it?
AWe can absolutely take a look at the logisitcs involved! Please get in touch with us via the social media icons at the bottom of the page.

Q.What guarantee do I have the device will work?
A.SCIRE operate a repair service for any items which develop functional faults, this is free of charge for the first year after purchase and after that only at a nominal fee to cover parts and shipping. Please get in touch using the contact details on your receipt if you have any issues.

We can't guarantee paranormal events however!

Q.Will I have to change the way I investigate?
A.One of our core design goals is to make devices which works in a clear and dependable way. We aim to fill gaps between other equipment, or to bring new ideas to the table. It can be used to compliment your exisiting experiments and hopefully provide more conclusive evidence.

Q.I have a great idea for a new device, could you make it?
A.The field of paranormal research is constantly expanding, and new devices are needed faster than they can be designed and launched. We are very interested in hearing your ideas, and are happy to talk about what you need. SCIRE really focuses on creating devices which move us forward towards answers and respect the effort of other who have designed and developed equipment, so we don't produce copies of other peoples kit, more focusing on our unique designs.
